Coffee is once again being roasted at Hulman & Company! The New Probat Roaster at Rex Roasting Company fills the museum with the aroma of fresh roasted coffee. The history of coffee roasting at Hulman & Company began in 1879 when Herman Hulman roasted Rex, Dauntless and Nickel brands. Rex Roasting Company is located in Terre Haute, Indiana As early as the late 19th century Hulman coffee blends were sold in stores throughout Indiana, Ohio, Illinois and Kentucky.
