Original Roast
A pairing of High-Grown Central and South American beans, Rex Original Roast takes the original recipe for Rex Coffee and recreates it for the 21st Century. Flavor notes of milk chocolate compliment a mild citrus acidity. The mellow sweetness and medium body combine for a pleasant approachable cup. The finish of toasted hazelnuts enhances the caramel-like aroma and is mildly persistent. A great cup any time of day!
Double XX
Indonesian and South American beans are at the heart of Double XX. A coffee created to pair well with cream, Double XX is a darker roast with a more robust flavor profile. Double XX is full bodied with earthy notes, spicy sweetness and a mild acidity. The lingering finish is reminiscent of baker’s chocolate and amplifies an aroma of sweet tobacco. This coffee pairs well with grilled foods and makes a great after-dinner cup.

A three bean blend from Africa, South America and Indonesia, our espresso is rich with balanced acidity and body. Flavors of dark cocoa and toasted nut are finished with a pleasant high-end citrus. A great espresso to pair with milk, it will also stand on its own as a shot and makes a great brewed coffee as well.

Blind Assessment: Rich floral-toned aroma complicated by sweetly tart berry and citrus. In the cup bright yet balanced acidity, light body with more flowers and fruit flavors; the complex fruit notes range from pungent orange to sweet apricot. Sustained floral-toned bittersweet chocolate in the rich finish.
Who Should Drink It: Rich, shifting complexity should please those who like oak-and-fruit dominated red table wines.
A light, sweet and delicate SL28/SL34 from the Othaya Farmer's Cooperative Society in Nyeri district Kenya. Aromas of mild apricot and citrus. A well balanced creamy body and clean cup. Flavors of peachy stone fruit finish with hints of sweet lavender and coriander.
Brazil Cerrado 'Oberon'
Brazil Cerrado is a workhorse coffee. Full bodied and balanced, with a nice acidity, Oberon marries chocolate notes and citrus, with a nutty finish that complements almost anything.
A darker roast of our Brazil Cerrado, this coffee is perfectly suited for pairing with cream. Notice the smokier flavor and milder acidity that are the hallmark of a good dark roast. Bakers chocolate is the predominate flavor with a subtle sweetness that is amplified by adding a dash of cream.
