As history often repeats itself, we linked back to our company’s heritage and made our second purchase 130 years later from Jabez Burns & Sons (today known as Probat-Burns). Today, we roast on a Probat L-12, and specialize in small hand crafted roasts. We are dedicated to focusing on small details and are engaged in continuous improvement.
Our goals for our coffee are simple and very honest. We want you to enjoy our coffee. We cup a lot of coffee to make sure that happens. We buy the best tasting coffee on the table, and then roast to optimum development. We use as much empirical data possible to make our coffee reproducible, consistent and delicious.
